


Luciano de Azevedo is a Brazilian colorist and post-production artist, originally from Juiz de Fora (MG) and currently based in São Paulo. He has a prominent presence in cinema, advertising, fashion, and music videos. Luciano is a member of the Brazilian Association of Cinematography (A.B.C.), the Independent Colourists Guild (I.C.G.), and an associate member of the Colorist Society International (C.S.I.). His career is defined by a refined technical and creative approach, combining color, storytelling, and visual language with expertise in tools such as DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Fusion, and Unreal Engine. Luciano brings a cinematic eye and streamlined workflows to both independent productions and large-scale campaigns. As a colorist and post-producer, he has collaborated with agencies, studios, and artists across multiple countries, delivering work for brands such as Google, Motorola, Jeep, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Converse, HBO, Netflix, Vogue, Paramount+, Nescafé, Absolut, Nubank, Doritos, Sony Music, Universal Music, Formula 1, Samsung, Banco do Brasil, Pizza Hutt, Subway, Tramontina, Itaipava, Colorado, Bradesco, Globo, Cup Noodles, MTV, Unesco, Adidas, Umbro, Dodge, Puma, Sadia, Corona, Netshoes, Gov BR, Texaco, Rider, Gov SP, Gov MG, Banrisul, Iveco, Redoxon, Chevrolet, Parmalat, and Yamaha. In the music world, he has delivered post and color grading for artists such as Criolo, Slipknot, Fresno, Pitty, Pabllo Vittar, Portrayal of Guilt, Amine Boucekkine, Ivana Wonder, Don L, Iza, Gaby Amarantos, Duda Beat, PETBRICK, Codefendants, a_hank, SÄND, Oranssi Pazuzu, Marcelo D2, Luedji Luna, Seu Jorge, Pedro Sampaio, Silva, MC Carol, Marina Sena, Marília Mendonça, Anti-Flag, among others. In 2015, he launched the feature film project Cabrito, which was selected for over 50 international film festivals, including SITGES (Spain), Grossmann (Slovenia), and Macabro (Mexico). The film was a finalist at the ABC Awards 2016 and winner of over 20 awards, including Best National Film at the FANTASPOA 2018. It was later distributed on Amazon Prime and Apple TV. Among his independent works are the experimental short film Sol de Inverno, 17:57, showcased at the Athens Digital Arts Festival (Greece), the mid-length film Released From Love, and the TV documentary Last Touch. In recent years, his company Blackflag Post, co-founded with Frederico Toscano and Rodrigo Schimer, has become a reference in integrated post-production, providing services including post coordination, conform, editing, color grading, motion graphics, VFX, and multi-format finishing.
